fix(docker): add Reverb WebSocket proxy to nginx

Add /app/ (Pusher protocol) and /apps/ (REST API) location blocks
with Upgrade/Connection headers so browsers can connect to the
in-container Reverb server via the same port 80/443 endpoint.
